More Information about ACPC

Arrival & Dismissal for Children

Upon arrival, children will have sketching time while we wait for everyone to get to the studio. Children will only be permitted to leave the ACPC studio with the person(s) designated on the information and consent form completed during registration. If the adult is unknown to ACPC staff, they may be required to provide photo identification before the child is released to their care.

Building Access

The ACPC studio is on the 4th floor of the historic Indiana Theater building, located in downtown Indiana at 637 Philadelphia Street. Please enter through the door on the Carpenter Avenue side of the building. There is an elevator located inside the building.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or failure to attend an event. If ACPC is notified of your cancellation within 24 hours of the start of the event, a credit will be provided to be applied to the cost of a future event. If for any reason ACPC has to cancel or reschedule an event, full refunds (or credit, if preferred) will be provided to all participants.

Clearances

Current Pennsylvania child abuse, fingerprint, and criminal record checks are on file at the studio.

Illness

If your child has any cold-, flu-, or COVID-like symptoms, we ask you to please keep them home to prevent others from getting sick.
